My main focus as your personal trainer will be to help you move and feel better for the rest of your life! I began working in the fitness industry 6 years ago and have found myself working more and more with women pre and post-natal after having two of my own. I enjoy helping you feel better and have customized my training style to fit many needs including stretching, kinesio taping, weight training, and cross-training with other fitness activities.

Kellon has been fully engaged in the fitness community for almost five years and has worked with trainees from Olympic hopefuls to seniors increasing mobility. Kellon himself has experienced a number of injuries in the past and knows how to maintain good health with specific limitations. Kellon’s approach is to educate, motivate, and entertain, as he believes we only reach our full potential when we have a firm understanding of the principles of movement. Kellon pushes you to reach your fitness goals in a plethora of ways, all while making the gym a fun learning environment.

Jade Rigas was born in Melbourne Australia but her parents came from Greece. She received her first certificate through ISSA and started working as a trainer immediately. She continued to work as a trainer, actress and fitness model and went on to further her education by obtaining her next personal trainer certificate through NASM. Since then she received several other specializations under NASM such as Women’s Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Stress gets Personal and is currently studying NASM’s Business Accelerator.
Other passions include her love for animals, working out, music, singing and dance, hanging out with her dog and 2 kitties, going to the movies and going to nice restaurants for yummy food and being with good friends.
