Train in groups of 3 to 5 individuals in predetermined time slots. Our group training schedule offers multiple time slots to choose from throughout the week.

Kinesio taping

Kinesio Tape is applied to the skin to assist with Pain Mitigation, Decompression, and Neurosensory Input.
Can Reduce Pain and Inflammation, it can Increase ROM (Range of Motion) and help speed up the recovery process post-surgery and injury

Personal training

Fitness Journey is a personal training gym that offers private training, tandem training and group training.  Meet with one of our certified fitness and nutrition professionals to develop your personal plan for success. We offer free fitness consultations. During your consultation, your coach will go over health history, exercise experience, nutritional habits, and fitness goals. 

Functional Stretch

During your Functional Stretch session, your fitness professional will help correct those nagging aches and pains with stretching, myofascial release.  Whether you’ve dealt with chronic pain for some time, or just recently tweaked a muscle. Our goal is to help relieve pain and get you back to whatever activities you enjoy doing.

With over 8 years of personal training experience, Matthew understands what it takes to set and reach your health and fitness goals.  He has experience helping clients with anything from improving A1C scores to setting lifting records to entering physique competitions.

Functional training

A mix of full body strength workout and functional training. Strength training is a physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength. Train in groups of 3 to 5 individuals in predetermined time slots.

Athlete Training

Improve strength, speed, cardiovascular capacity, flexibility, power and more. This training includes special equipment and drills to challenge core strength and physical stamina.
